MusicTek Membership Rules and regs.

Posted 23rd May 2009

Membership is NOT compulsory but non members are charge £8 for entry instead of the usual £5

Members will have priority of entry at all times and there may be a separate queue for members initially, so non members may have to wait until all the those with membership cards are in and then take a chance as to whether there are any spaces left.

The premises has a fire limit and once it is reached no one else will be allowed entry regardless of whether they are a member or not and regardless of their membership status.

How to apply.

Pop in to MusicTek during office hours and fill an application form in, we will then take your photo and print your card for you a few days later.

OR

Download a copy here (membership form) right click and "save target as".
Fill it in, save it, and then email it back to dave@musictek.net with a recent photo of yourself attached to the email.
As long as the details are correct and the photo is suitable we will print your card, usually by the following friday.

Photos must be as in the example. Face forward, no hats, sunglasses or hair covering the eyes.

The card remains the property of MusicTek at all times, any lost or stolen cards must be reported to MusicTek immediately, a replacement will be issued and there may be an admin charge for this. A pass word or security question may be asked to verify the identity of the card holder and the new card will be posted to the address we have on file.

Looking after the regulars.

We will be implementing some sort of loyalty system later on this year where by regulars may have their membership upgraded to Gold and receive certain benefits as a result. More information on this will be available from the MusicTek staff

Looking after your valuables

We now have a cloak room where you may put your belongings for safe keeping, there is a small charge of 50 pence for this service.
